Diving in HMS Maori Valletta

The HMS Maori was the last Tribal-class destroyer to see service in the Mediterranean during the Second World War. Commissioned in 1939, this destroyer saw service in the Norwegian campaign in 1940 and took part in the hunt for the German flagship Bismarck.
In February 1921, this destroyer was sunk after being hit by bombs during an air raid. The vessel was subsequently floated out of the Dockyard Creek and scuttled.
